Designed for those curious about the underlying mechanics of flavour development, the class explores how controlled fermentation can transform humble, seasonal ingredients into complex components that elevate everyday dishes. The Feuille team will share their kitchen philosophy on utilizing surplus produce, managing live cultures safely at home, and understanding the variables of time and temperature. Participants will gain practical, hands-on knowledge of traditional fermentation techniques that help reduce food waste while introducing an entirely new dimension of taste to their cooking repertoire.
