Join premium food supplier Waves Pacific and Michelin Young Chef Award recipient Chef Gwanju Kim from SOL restaurant for an exclusive cooking class, where guests will learn how to use premium Australian Black Truffle in an unexpected and elegant way.
In this special session, Chef Kim will be teaching guests how to transform a traditional Korean rice porridge into a refined gourmet dish: Barley Truffle Juk paired with succulent langoustine. Guests will also explore the unique versatility of fresh black truffle and learn how its rich, earthy aroma can elevate the comforting simplicity of juk into something deeply luxurious and memorable.
